These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the tedynails.mk website, operated by TedyNails, Teodora [TO FILL IN — legal business name / registration number, if applicable], based in Skopje, Macedonia. By using this site, creating an account, or requesting access to a Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

TedyNails is a nail studio. This site provides information about our services, a way to get in touch, and a members-only "Programs" area where approved clients can access paid nail-art video tutorials ("Programs").

2. Accounts

To access a Program you need an account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms, or have a parent/guardian's consent, to create an account.

3. Program access

• Access to a Program is granted individually, at TedyNails' discretion, after you submit a request through the site.
• Arrangements for payment, where applicable, are made directly between you and Teodora outside of this website; the site itself does not process online payments at this time.
• Access may be granted for a limited period and can expire; you can request a renewal through the site.
• TedyNails reserves the right to approve, deny, revoke, or set conditions on access to any Program at its discretion.

4. Use of Program content

Lesson videos and materials made available to you are for your own personal, non-commercial learning use only. You agree not to download, record, copy, redistribute, publicly display, resell, or share your account or the content with anyone else. All Program content, along with the site's text, images, and branding, is owned by TedyNails/Teodora and protected by copyright and other applicable laws, unless stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or another user's account, interfere with the site's normal operation, or scrape or reverse-engineer the site.

6. Third-party links

Our site links to our Instagram and Facebook pages. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party platforms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TedyNails shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or any Program content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to any Program at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of North Macedonia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
